SSA was great, 7.5 hour work day. Infor not so much.
Pros
Three week vacations, for first year employees. The employees are awesome. Donut day. If it's your first job out of college, go for it.. Then find a better paying career elsewhere. But if you leave the company & come back, your worth more to Infor.
Cons
Knowing that Jun & Dec are the months they most likely will lay off. Usually 2 weeks before X-mas. They stopped matching 401k. Management, some are known to pass off their managing to others. Can't answer any questions, without asking another person. When you get a raise, if it's more than 2% consider yourself special. And that will happen maybe every other year if your lucky. If your manager doesn't care for you, you will never have any other opportunities within the company.
