      Pros

      The company is very flexible regarding remote work which I found very helpful.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lack of cohesive strategy at the executive level. The company is in constant change and it is hard to get employees to refocus after having to change paths so many times. Internal bickering between teams.

      They will work you to death. You have to set your limits and have them understand. They have outsourced work to India - sad and disapointing for Americans.
