      Great place to work with. You'll learn a lot, with friendly and flat culture. There is travel. There is work-life balance. Aligns with their "Simple is better" motto.

      Pros

      Great for a starting Job. You will get expose to current technology and learn alot on the job.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't invest in the employee. Salary is lower than standards. Upper management cares more about the amount of billable hours they can charge to the client vs actual hours it takes to complete the work. Sometimes you have 20 hours to complete a task which takes about 40 hours, thus making the consultant unproductive. No overtime.
