      Pros

      Some areas are flexible with home working others aren't Some managers work closely with staff, to maintain staff morale, others hide at home

      Cons

      Frequent re-structures of management affect stability and unsettle customers Variable pay year on year becomes harder to work out how and what will be paid Sales, Support & Services work in silos, so not joined up and creates unnecessary politics and in fighting Everything needs to go to Charles Philips for approval, so cannot react quickly to customer requirements

      Pros

      Infor has great advancement opportunity! Like with any large corporation it takes its time, but once you show your worth things really start taking off. The opportunities are endless in any career progression aspirations you have. Great work environment and management is always will to help your career progression either with Infor or outside of the company walls.

      Cons

      Career progression is all about timing. If you remember career progression is a long game, you will be just fine. Some internal process are a little cumbersome, but all in all extremely helpful.
