      Infor has invested in development to move the technology stack forward 5 weeks PTO Laid back work environment Telecommuting Many hard working knowledgeable employees

      Cons

      No performance reviews one 2% raise in almost 6 years, negotiate well when hired. No cost of living raises No training, your on your own.

      Flexible working in some departments, but working extra time usually not avoidable.

      Cons

      Too US-centred even though the European aquisition businesses very profitable. Less and less people who still know and care about the customers. Over-controlled, over-admin and over-reported, chaotic migrations

      - upper management out of touch - middle management appears to run around to please upper management -Too many changes which brings about lots of stress
