      The individuals who work here are intelligent and have great work ethic. I have noticed that everyone is in full collaboration to ship product.

      I don't have any cons at the moment. Perhaps with more experience.

      if you can buy into the vision set by senior management then it's not a bad place to work

      Cons

      Fairly disorganised. You get the feeling that senior management are only in it for the massive benefits and bonuses they keep paying themselves and the mega-payout when they IPO the company. Multiple work cultures from all the different acquisitions.

      Pros

      Great experience for younger software professionals as there's lots of areas where you can get experience.

      Cons

      Infor is not a single company, it's a bunch of companies that were assembled together. If you're in one of the main product lines it's a nice place. If you're stuck in a legacy product you'll have a hard time moving up in the company.
