      Very good management team and much needed leadership for Infor to win in the enterprise space.

      Cons

      Lot of disconnected products but management is trying very hard to address this. This may not be an issue in the next 12-18 months

      Employee Friendly work culture. Gives importance to private lives as well. Technology wise it's upgrading itself by picking up and catching the market quickly. Employees are provided with opportunities to work in their interested areas.

      Cons

      Growth is comparatively slow. Salary raises need attention keeping inflation in the country in vision. Usage of latest Technology is not much.
