Solid company with lots of big and medium sized customers. Tends to give employees lots of responsibility if needed. Good benefits and flexible hours no problem.

Little communication between various product groups. Can come across as unorganised.

Nothing much but could suggest if they could teach different technologies to candidates like in TCS , Infosys and Wipro other IT firms , It would really boost candidates knowledge and management will also have handy candidates who have multiple skill sets.
