      Good pay, global teams to interact with, smart people from various acquires companies, creative solutions to integrate various apps.

      Cons

      Priorities shift all the time with changes in leadership. Teams are focussed on fixing bugs to keep license revenue coming in. Not enough support from teams for new initiatives.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some great people and the office was conveniently located.

      Cons

      The work-life balance wasn't the greatest, I worked every weekend for months as required by management yet without reward or recognition. I was given great reviews for several years and promised a decent raise repeatedly yet never received one. I also found promotion within to be difficult, if not impossible.
