      Pros

      flexible working hours, great experience for beginners, will be able to get in touch with different systems and 3rd party applications such as lawson and wildfly

      Cons

      limited employee training, if employee has a tight schedule just to warn you they use agile method which means they have frequent meeting about the project status and updates on your work.
