      Pros

      We are kept busy. Co-workers are pretty good to work with. Pay check doesn't bounce & it is on time. After 5 yrs you get 5 wks of vacation/sick time - if you have time to take it.

      Cons

      Management doesn't think very far ahead in where they want to go. You might have a great manager or a really bad one. Very little promotion, pay is low and pay raises just about don't exist. Overworked; like 60 hr work weeks and no comp time.

      good work culture is present, you will get work satisfaction, onsite opportunity is also present

      no internal relocation, sometimes the work culture depends on team. sometime s have to work on weekend

      The money was pretty good.

      Cons

      As an employee, I felt that leadership lacked integrity. Perhaps as an investor, I would think differently, as it is very apparent that this company is interested only in money, not in the health of the organization, or it's employees. You are expected to work all the time, and might as well give up your personal life to work here. Not worth it.
