Pros

Products: Progressive cloud based enterprise products serving many industries. Cloud solution focus is building in comprehensive AI capabilities. Team: Team members work together. Location: remote work and offices worldwide. Career Opportunities: Great place to build skill sets, work with clients across many industries. Work for company truly focusing on building better products and services. Employees work well together and have access to all self-paced trainings via Infor University. However, no or limited access to tenants and software to test, build efficiency with product.

Cons

Company Re-Orgs; Upper Management Changes; Stagnate Pay; Job Opening Location Limits. In the 10+ years I worked at Infor, I personally experienced 7-8 different management changes and none were of my choosing. Constant management changes and business unit reorgs reduce ability to obtain raises in given position. No raises in 7 of 11 years! Infor culture is based on Charles Koch's Principle Based Management philosophy. In theory, this sounds great. But in reality, it's like dangling a carrot the workhorse can never reach. Constant mgmt changes. New manager does not recogonize work value you've been building under prior manager. And new manager is focused on optimizing profits, reducing internal costs and that leaves employees contributions not being acknowledged through pay increases - not even minor cost of living increases. Each quarter, company shares performance gains, then ask teams to produce even more, Profits do not trickle down to employees. This is demoralizing. Company moved from paid time off to descretionary time off to reduce accrued liabilities. Committed employees are sacrificing personal time off to address business emergencies. They lose out. Development and AI related job postings are offered in India, Philippines but rarely geographically open to US based employees.
