      Pros

      Salary: During the time working there you would be able after a certain time to accummulate good commission, but only after a time and only for a certain time. Lack of transparency will make it look like more.

      Cons

      Bad office climate. Managers become so after years of politics and act, afterwards, completely free without respecting rules or people. As they have each others back they act according to their whims. They dismiss a lot of people one day before their probation time finishes (1 day). People are depressed and have continuously the fear of losing their job.

      Decent place to start but far from professional

      Pros

      Benefits - ticket restaurant, medical insurance, attractive location of the office - great for young people who need to get some experience for a couple of months

      Cons

      - lack of competent management - fluctuation - everyone is always leaving, also people from other departments you work with. Gives a feeling of chaos, disorganization - not many possibilities to grow within the company - favoritism - pressure on objectives and strong micromanaging - pushing people to work from the office, not flexible with WFM
