      - Nice people - Plenty of growth opportunities - Internal transfers are common - Possibility to work 100% remotely - Multicultural environment

      Cons

      - Executive Leadership Team is not capable of taking the company to the next level - "Fail fast" philosophy is hurting the company´s reputation - Several teams of executives who have been in the company for a long time are not contributing to the company´s vision - Loads of transfers from Koch...many of them which have no experience in the SaaS world - Company takes pride in saying it has a long-term view of things but internally this is completely the case
