      Strong product portfolio and many hardworking nice people to work with Meal Voucher (standard benefit) Other ''irrelevant'' benefits Management behavior has always been polite

      Cons

      Stress Support delivery model, chaotic, unpredictable, muddler Work in a pretty aging building. bathrooms, elevators, pluming, air conditioning constantly having issues Overall, Management has no professional work experience outside the company, they do not bring added value Stagnant environment No career opportunities

      Pros

      Mostly great people. Technology and enterprise software has some world-class applications. Top tier management team are very good.

      Cons

      Hiring too many Oracle people who are used to large infrastructures to support them so most of them can't be proficient in their jobs and yet they are getting most of the senior - middle management jobs. Changing the culture of Infor too greatly and making ensuring their direct reports don't have a voice.

      Pros

      Working for this company seems like a fairy tale at the beginning. There is a wide range of products you can work on and you will meet a lot of people from different countries. The team is pretty young and is doing lot of after work activities together.

      Cons

      The structure is flat and there is almost not possible to grow. Also benefits are poor, there are no bonuses and to get a salary raise is more miracle than a real thing to happen. Prague office is a cheap solution for the corporate and the behavior of upper management is not very appropriate I would say.. There are products where is required very wide knowledge and years of experience but the compensation and benefits part of the thing is as for a typical SSC..
