Pros

None. You will waste your career if you join.

Cons

I worked in 6-7 companies and I am a sales rep throughout my career. This is the worst company. This will ruin your career. 1. Compensation – 50% fixed. 50% variable. Hike will be 100% to attract employees. Many people reject after offer letter. So they give 100% hike. But Sales Reps make only 10-20% of their quota. So you will earn less than your previous company 2. Fake Promise – Company will tell a lie that there will be annual hike basis performance. No annual hike 4. Bad Management – Mumbai Management not experienced in direct Sales. Very political and big Micromanagement. Worst Micromanagement I have seen in my career. Management ill treats employees. Sales rep pick up open fight. Nobody likes the management. So support teams will not support you. Management will take credit for your work and will blame you for your mistake 5. No support in Sales from Management – Management doesn’t not provide any help .Very abusive and lot of internal fights. Focus changes from direct to channel and direct every 2 years. Many Sales reps have quit 6. Employees fired randomly – Management will put the blame on Sales Rep. Sales rep will be asked to leave within hours on the same day with no notice even if your performance is better than others. Management will play politics. Don’t join this company. Only your CTC will look higher on paper. Your career is wasted and you don’t have peace of mind. People have started to look for job immediately after joining. Because the CTC is high on paper, they will not get a job and Infor take advantage. You will not do number. You will not earn money. You will not find a job also. You will be stuck with incapable management who ill treats you. There will be sudden ramp down and you will be left without job.

Pros

- Teammates are generally nice people.

Cons

- Pay. Your starting salary will be the same as your salary 5 years in. There's no annual increase in compensation whatsoever, cost of living, bonus, etc. Infor sponsors sports teams, hires artists, speakers and musical performers for its annual conference (Inforum), but doesn't keep up with paying their employees. -Performance Reviews. These are not scheduled, you'll have to ask repeatedly for a few months to have one done. Note, that these reviews are not tied to fiscal compensation in any way. A top-tier performance review has no impact on your pay. - You will be held personally accountable for other teams poor, rushed decisions and substandard work. Leadership ignores reports of problems for months/years until days before a deadline and then suddenly appoints you as a "point of contact" to fix the issue. - Extremely top-heavy. Most teams have more managers requesting status updates, than they do team members doing the actual work. - No path for promotion/advancement. Those sitting at the top intend to stay there. There's almost no movement whatsoever in this area. - Infor's Leadership is lost. The executive level was restructured and it seems like nobody has any idea what's going on, which results in poor communication. When a decision is reached it can take weeks to filter down. - Disorganized internal departments. It's common to receive conflicting directives from various Leadership levels. Requests for clarification are ignored. Deadlines are set without a path to achieve them, documentation is often wrong, old or outright missing.
