      Longest employer of my career

      Pros

      In a vibrant Philippine job market Infor has been my longest employer thus far at almost 12 years. Its best trait is its work culture. Everyday I'm surrounded by dedicated, hardworking people who enjoy each other's successes and help each other out when the going gets hard. It's possibly the main reason why Infor's attrition is low compared to the rest of the industry. It's a place where I have grown and have seen others prosper as well.

      Cons

      Infor does not sell itself as the highest paying in the industry. I have not taken a serious look but I've heard that benefits in other companies are better. It's not enough to sway me to work for another company at this point though. Also as Infor is a multinational there can be long days. You will need to be a good manager of your time and also self-care.

      Work on the leading edge of business software technology. Get rewarded for taking risks that you know will ultimately help customers. Get deep satisfaction from seeing your ideas and strategies taken seriously and turning into reality.

      Cons

      If you are not particularly thrilled with new technology, or often need assistance with IT and computer software, then Infor might not be for you.
