There are none. It's worst than Slavery. you'll get better payment working at MacDonald's
Cons
- working shifts 24/7 with minimal wage working as system operator for a major Bank - no compensation for weekends or holidays, nights, etc - no raises - no grow either in the project you're in or inside the company - no training - managers don't care if you're happy or not if you ask them to change project they tell you to go look for another job. - they sell you a totally different scenario on the interview
