      It offers very good life balance with possibility to remote work and buy holidays.

      The departments are completly separated and you dont share information between them.

      Pros

      Consultancy company very nice to start a career and get some experience facing projects on different sectors and technologies and learn from senior coworkers.

      Cons

      It depends on the position and the department. In my experience sales and the delivery areas were not properly aligned making that the development teams struggle to survive together in different projects as a center of excellence (subcontract was many times the only way), forcing to start from zero multiple times and loosing knowledge, quality and clients.
