Pros
A seemingly normal, safe company is growing, at the height of the pandemic it did not layoffs and still made a profit exceeding its goal.
Cons
You usually live the customer's culture by being physically located in their facilities, so you don't live the company's culture and there is a distance and lack of monitoring by the company towards its employees. There is a payment of part of the salary in monthly bonuses. I've never heard of anyone I know being promoted to a new position, other than a few high-ranking people in the company. I believe there is no real career evolution here.
