Pros
- Usually low stress. - Flexibility of 1 hour to enter and exit every work day. - Several perks (discount in health insurance, bus to get to your work place, restaurant tickets,...). - Job security (It's really difficult to get fired). - Interesting work areas (security, health system, defense,...)
Cons
- Low/Medium pay - Your promotion is really arbitrary and depends on where you are working. - Sometimes you receive KPIs from people who is not directly working with you. - If you work directly in a client office as a consultant, you may have a lot of unpaid overtime.
