Very good opportunities to grow, lots of benefits and international development possibilities. The company has been adjusting properly to the changes in the Spanish economic situation

Cons

It is very difficult to get a pay raise, changing projects can be challenging, sometimes you can ve overqualified for a position and the company doesn't help to move on.
