Toxic team lead: 1. Doesn't want you to ask question. 2. Saying bad words if you make a mistake. 3. Twisting my ear if he is angry (Yep! That's right!) 4. Will ask you to work in weekend. 5. Will block your progression even if you only commit 1 mistake. Toxic teammates: 1. When they commit a mistake, they will point it to me. 2. Passing task to me if they can't do it. 3. Will laugh at your mistake instead of helping you.
