Very steep vertical hierarchy; sometimes you have multiple people that are "your bosses" and you have no idea who is really in charge; ridiculous performance appraisal/evaluation process which in practice means nothing since everyone gets the same average grade unless you have good friends; the whole company is based in "showing off" and personal relationships, if you don't have any important friends in life, you're screwed as you'll never get anywhere in your career at Indra; awful and sometimes insultingly bad working environment in some other teams; people that treat other people like garbage are pretty much immune and are given green card to keep on doing it; expect lots of unpaid overtime; expect to work unpaid on holidays and weekends (which is against the law in some countries, by the way); awful HHRR which has no clue whatsoever on what motivates an employee; since last year's company restructuring all freedom of decision and thought from technical staff has been reduced to none as nobody ever listens to your opinion anymore; gray and sad offices, silly dress codes and it seems as they do everything they can to keep you from being motivated; impossible to get promoted or raised after a few years; business is dropping really fast (not even friends at the governments can save the company from the customers' budget costs because of the sovereign debt crysis);
