They have very big projects and clients.

Cons

They pay everyone almost the same, evaluations are only on papers, don't encourage personal development and you will move upper on only after years pass and you will be the only available choice.

Your experience at Indra depends heavily on the project you are assigned to. In my case, I was assigned to a very long and boring project with little professional proyection.
