      Good company if you like to travel

      Pros

      If you and your family like to travel and spend months or years in attractive locations, this company is very good for it. During my 17 years career in the company I had worked on projects in 7 different countries spending at least one year in each of them. That was a life changing experience for me and my family.

      Cons

      Salary increases during the last 7-8 years practically do not existed (only 15% during the whole period). Poor middle management.

      People are nice Environment Flexi Time (depends on your PM) Not to much pressure (my experience) work life balance - sportsfest, clubs like photography club Salary benefits Gas expense Travel expense -If you are assigned outside of main office People are professional

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to self study for some projects in which you have little experience. They deploy to projects which do not have training. You will get deployed to clients. Sometimes you work until midnight
