- Only good if you work there after some years experience and with a good salary - You have to do things really bad to be fired - You can get a lot of contacts and knowledge (on your own)

It is usually a quite place, no rush, no working until late and once you are inside, you can be there as much time as you want

Cons

It is very dificult to keep you updated with the new technologies because they are not usually been used there. It is more a place for retirement and not a place for progress in your caree.
