- Flexible work time - Fun extra curricular activities within the company - Number of company clubs for employees to participate in - Flexible benefits is the best!

Cons

- Salary increase for long term employees could be better - Training programs need improvement. Employees must be self-sufficient most of the times - You can get stuck in one project the entire time you are there which could be good but also bad due to repetitiveness of work

Good for reassignment if your current client contract ends.

Cons

As a large company, you will be just a plus one. There is no further opportunities. Your salary will not raise properly even if you work for 5+ years. There is no career growth, very poor annual evaluation report that gives a false impression of who will be verifying. They offer a few online courses that you better should not realize them and not waste time.
