      -I get to be in a job where I can't enhance my previous skill and I felt like they took me for granted -The regularization takes so long and the only job of the HR is to hire and fire employees -The job description have been changed into a different field and full of empty promises of upgrade -You get to be in a system where you have many people bossing you around -No career growth
