      Pros

      Young professionals will enjoy the culture of Indra. The benefits itself is almost twice as much as your basic pay.

      Cons

      The increase is really gradual you can't almost feel it :( Perhaps this is because of the good benefits package they offer.

      the company have a nice salary, the envirolement is nice and I growed a lot in my professional life. The program of treinnig is very cool. It's a nice opportunity for developers.

      The carrer plan is not efficient, exists but is slower.

      Lack of support for local projects. Lack of coherence in defining geographical strategies. Lack of involvement in initiatives not coming from headquarter/business unit sales team.
