Pros
You work for a global company, where you could perhaps be relocating to another project or even country, depending on how much you stand out from the crowd.
Cons
The problem is that when you work allocated at another company you won't be seen and it is easy to get stuck in the same job for years to come. This might be good for some, but I personally could use some change from time to time.
