Flexible Benefits (you're in charge of PTO's, allowances, HMO's, etc.). Responsive HR, community-based movements, and accurate job designation/description.

Cons

The main client of the company leaves a lot to be desired and you will experience their ambiguity on a lot of aspects on how they conduct business and management.
