      *Working with old and unknown technologies like Power Builder, SVN etc. *Workers in some countries (Africa, Non European and Non Spanish etc) are discriminated and paid low compared to their qualifications and amount of work they do. *Their software they developed is poor quality. Once developed they have endless failures and epic bugs *Political environment. Management rewards mediocrity instead of talent and hard work. E.g. Sleeping with bosses. etc
