Pros
Acceptable salary, never asked to do unpaid extra hours, paid everything on time.
Cons
HR would sometimes take forever to answer e-mails even though they are paid to do that. Sometimes supervisors would assign completely unnecessary tasks to juniors instead of helping them become productive employees. I spent two months having to stay 8 hours per day at the company waiting to be assigned a project. In general supervisors would just be completely neglectful of juniors and then they would show surprised that juniors were not able to contribute and end up putting the fault on them. To add insult to injury, the network was terrible and so most of the times it was not possible to work and so supervisors would just assume juniors to be unproductive even though the network connection was not within our responsibilities. Without even a warning, my supervisor decided to ask HR to fire me.
