Pros
- Very few people, so it is easy to get responsibilities - Friendly environment - Good way to get into ATM, can open the door to then move to work at ANSP's. - Office is nice and clean - Management is aware of the problems that employees have and there have been attempts at working on them. - Easy to get good performance reviews if you regularly do overtime.
Cons
- Management is basically 3-4 people, if you have problems with them, they are not going to get solved - Attrition is high, you are not going to work with the same people for more than a year. - No visibility of what happens at a high level, you only get to see what you're working with at that moment - Very dependent on Spanish offices, no decision power, even the managers - No senior people, you have to figure out how to learn - Inexperienced line managers - Low salaries (compared to ATM salaries in the UK) - Overtime is expected and encouraged. If you have some personal business to attend to, you are going to be asked to make up for the hours but if you leave at 8pm you won't get paid for the overtime and nobody will tell you nor allow you to leave earlier on the next day. - Work environment is Spanish. You are going to have a hard time if you don't speak it. - Even if attempts are made to fix the issues, they are just a background job that does not get any priority.
