      - You have autonomy, and the payments can be slightly higher than other consulting companies working on Spanish-speaking projects. - It is a large company with many projects, making it difficult to be without an assignment.

      Cons

      - There is no communication between the manager and the team. - I don't see a clear company culture.

      Great Benefits with the Flexible Benefit Program were you can customize the benefit package that suit your needs or lifestyle. Outside of work, They foster community and events that ranges from Sports, Charities, and Social Events.

      Cons

      Since they are outsourcing their service on several project. I can say that your experience will depend on which project you are assigned to. Salary increase is on the lower end as compared to other multinational companies.
