      Pros

      The company has a lot of projects, so all depends of which project are you entering. But in general they have a good life-work balance and the teams has really good professionals, you can learn pretty much of all of them.

      Cons

      They don't have salary ranges so you have to negotiate your compensation from the beginning, because once you're an employee it's very difficult to get a raise.
