Pros
1. The people are welcoming. It is easy to get along with your team. 2. Flexible benefits indeed benefit most employees. 3. Employees are able to gain experience and learn things because you are doing more work outside your job description.
Cons
1. Employees are extremely overworked and underpaid. Some employees there who are working for more or less 5 years are still not regularised. 2. Their minimum wage (for entry level) is still the same from 10 years ago. 3. The management has no boundaries when it comes to work. ie. calling after work hours, handling issues that are outside your scope of work
