      Pros

      None pros since there´s was suppose to the team to have a senior DE but at the end, I end making its laboir since the senior didn't appear in the whole year the project lasts.

      Cons

      Bad organization, bad labour climate. They tried to make you work untill very lately in the morning with paying extra hours
