      Access to training, access to great customers and 3rd party companies

      Cons

      Low payment range, bad and illegal policy (eg. they've push managers to sign out y-to-y salary to inflation correction). Telco outsourcing can't retain or maintain qualified professionals. The company is competing for price and sacrifying quality/knowledge.
