      Indra Systems presents a confusing situation of professionalism and no direction

      Pros

      Indra pays very well. They have terrific compensation and benefits. Employees like each other.

      Cons

      Nobody knows which direction the company takes. The business development strategy does not get shared. They do not encourage PM's to "sniff out" possible opportunities with the current client. As long a your program has enough money, you have a job, otherwise...

      Working perspectives are very stable, also If things go no very well.

      Cons

      Altough it is a technological comany there are no good perspectives to improve your career as a tech specialits. If you want to have a career you must become a business manager specialist and leave your tech background. This is very typical in spanish big tech companies.
