Pros
Lots of bougie people shopped at Zara Home and we weren't selling a ton of product, so most of the time was spent organizing displays and making sure everything looked nice instead of calming down angry customers.
Cons
It's still retail, so the hours are weird and hard to plan around, especially because (if I remember right) you needed to give like 3 week's warning for any days you needed off.
