Pros

- Remote friendly - Good work-life balance - Potential good salary

Cons

Careful with the interviews, since they paint a complete false picture of the real culture and methodology. Inditex is an absolute technological disaster. If you know anything about product management, this is not your place. The IT area is driven by architects. There is zero product cross-collaboration. Empowerment is non-existent and they do not understand what data-driven or OKRs mean at all. If they use them, it is just to save the face from the top-down old school hierarchical style. They do not research and understand the customers, but decide first on the new fancy tech they want to use. And do not get me started talking about UX & Design. As many in the company say, that is just "painting the screen". Lastly, the one thing I disliked the most is that the company has a fearful and lying culture. They say A to B and B to A. I think they even start believing their own lies. For them, you are just a resource.
