      Cons

      No chances for overhours, they’d rather hire a new person than give current workers overhours Store managers are young and inexperienced, they don’t care if there’s a conflict between workers If on fixed term contract, no chance to get it extended Absolutely none training given, you just go on the shop floor and try to do what others do Low pay per hour - £8.08 Spanish people are way too privileged in this company, they can be rude and mean towards employees and customers but never will get fired because they’re Spanish and so is the company
