      They have a union, they definitely do care about their workers.

      There's always improvement for growth anywhere, but this company was definitely one of the best ones I've worked with.

      Pros

      Multinational environment where you get to know lots of very nice people. There is a gym in the office but you can only use it in specific hours.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. There is no follow ups, no feedback, no guidance, and you really feel like being a company number. Never seen such power abuse from directors. 0 life balance, although official working hours are from 9.30 to 18.30h, area director decides that you'll do 10 extra hours per week for free, plus, leaving the office before your manager/director is considered a bad habit.

      Too little pay , lack of commitment, False commitment , Extremely disorganised, There is no HR and Managers actually do not care, problem with the monthly compensation.
