Pros

Working at Indeed has been an amazing experience for many reasons, but the work-life balance is unmatched. The fully remote setup allows me flexibility in my day while still feeling connected and productive. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values employees’ well-being just as much as their contributions. The culture here is supportive and collaborative, even in a remote environment. Leadership genuinely listens to feedback, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and improve your skills. What I love most is Indeed's client-focused and innovative approach. The company constantly strives to improve the experience for job seekers and employers alike, and it feels rewarding to play a part in that. If you’re looking for a place that values your time, growth, and ideas, Indeed is a fantastic place to work!

Cons

Working entirely remotely is fantastic, but it does present challenges when it comes to networking and expanding collaboration opportunities. I wish there were more chances to travel to our offices and connect with peers in person to strengthen those collaborative relationships.
