Thanks for taking the time to review InPost UK on Glassdoor. We proactively seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about their InPost experience. This helps us to truly understand what it's like to work here and identify areas for potential improvement. We are proud that InPost UK can offer opportunities for growth and development for its team members. In the last 6 months alone, we have seen over 15% of employees move roles across the business. We endeavour to offer training and guidance to all that represent our business. We have exciting plans within 2022 to offer additional support to new/aspiring managers and specialists to reach their highest potential. Communication is key and we recognise that we must always look at where this can be improved. Recently we formed an extended leadership team to drive better communication and collaboration across departments as well as aiding the development of our team members. Within the next few weeks, we will be publishing Career Stages to support development discussions across the business. If you felt you require(d) more direction with your career path we would encourage you to reach out to a team member to further understand the development opportunities we have available. We also ask that employees raise any areas of concern with their line manager or the People team to ensure that appropriate action is taken. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will share back with the relevant team at the soonest opportunity.
