      great place to work, the growth the company has experienced in the last year is phenomenal. lovely colleagues, where everyone is there to support eachother, have a laugh and everyone get's on so well with eachother plenty of social activities, brand new modern office with plenty of space (and free snacks!!!) culture is great

      if you're not up for a "fast paced" environment, then maybe this could be a con for some?

      Ridiculous recruitment processes- team has one job and is extremely slow. ‘Seniors’ have no real skill and managed to get in there when there were about 5 staff and how hold a superiority complex.
