Pros

- Senior leadership supportive and encouraging - Excellent leadership and communication - Everyone is supportive and friendly (no question is a silly question) - You feel valued for the work you do - Overall a very positive work environment

Cons

- A shame we couldn't onboard face to face due to Covid regulations (but InPost did the best they could to make it a positive and supportive onboarding process) - No cons about the company after having worked here for 4 months

Pros

If you want to be at the forefront of operational strategy, retailer relations and sales techniques, then InPost is the company to be at. Not only will you be trained by some of the top minds in the UK to be the best in your field, you will be allowed the opportunity to work cross-functionally (after being proven) in many areas of the business. Opportunities are rife and allow you to self-define your role in most cases, which is rare to see in the market at current. The company wants to be on-top of the game, and all advice from all employees is always taken into the ears of the SLT and board.

Cons

The work itself is challenging. Add the challenges of a pandemic, remote-working, and an incredibly fast-paced company with a recent IPO and something to prove in the market - and hopefully you get the picture...

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review of InPost UK on Glassdoor. We get feedback all the time from both current and former employees and find this gives us a great opportunity to improve. The feedback you shared on the challenge around the pace overlaid with high ambitions and remote working are all too real and we will continue to support our teams in the best way possible to meet the demands of the business as we grow exponentially over the coming months.
