      Great people, exciting growth plans, super fast paced and real ability to have impact in your role. Its been an exciting 5 months with lots of change to keep you challenged and engaged.

      Cons

      Working in a high growth business isn't without its challenges. It requires resilience, problem solving skills, working at pace and a collaborative mindset. This isn't for everyone.

      If pace and change aren’t your thing then that’s a con I guess but personally I don’t really think there are any.
